She is multi-lingual and has a strong passion for relationship and partnership building.Sara previously worked for UNIDO, managed an international business angel club for years and founded her company in 2020 to help investors with the growth of their portfolio companies. Sara is today the COO of Scale to Global.

CEO and Co-Founder

Jerome, with his deep passion for technology and PhD in Maths, has made it his mission to help startups grow and identify the scaling model that suits each company individually. He was the Deputy Director of Research of Orange (France Telecom), Head of Access to Finance for the EIT Europe, as well as the Deputy Mayor of a French town. Jerome previously founded a software company with 36 employees, and is today the CEO of Scale to Global.
